A first edition, first printing published by Heinemann in 1956. A near fine book, if not better, without inscriptions. Some very slight rubbing to the corners and spine tips. Some offsetting to the rear free end paper, however, clean and bright internally. In a very good unclipped wrapper with some light chipping to the edges, corners and spine tips. One closed tear to the edge of the front panel. Several small closed tears are evident on the front panel.
