A very fine book, quarter bound in burgundy morocco over cloth covered pictorial boards depicting Excalibur, heavy gilt title to the spine, burgundy paste-downs and end-papers, with illustrated plates throughout, internals free from inscriptions, the text block bright and crisp with burgundy top stain, in original publisher’s burgundy paper covered slipcase, with triple gilt lines to both sides.
