A very good book addressed and dated in blue ink by a previous owner to the front free end paper, some staining and spotting to the prelims, with light bumping to the spine tips, fading to the lower edge of front and rear boards, toning to the text block and with light staining to the fore-edge. In a good unclipped wrapper showing the original price of 12s. 6d. with deep chipping to the spine tips and knuckles of front and rear flap folds, closed tears to the upper and lower edges of front and rear panels, toning to the spine and similarly to the front and rear flap folds, spotting internally.
