Delivery and Returns
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING:
All books shown on the website are in stock and ready to be shipped. Once an order is received we aim to dispatch it immediately within one working day.
Shipping is free within the UK for all orders.
We use DHL for all deliveries, except for those under £100 sold to areas outside the UK.
All DHL tracking numbers will be forwarded to the customer.
The following are the timeframes for delivery following tracking information from DHL:
UK: The next working day
US/Canada: 3-5 days
Europe: 3-5 days
Last postage day for arrival before Christmas:
20th December for all orders outside the UK
21st December for all UK orders

All books, regardless of value, are carefully and professionally packed, first in tissue paper sealed with our company sticker (without receipt), then placed in a protective bubble bag and encased in a professional cardboard box.

RETURNS:
If you feel a book is not exactly as described, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and via Special Delivery postage only. We will be happy to cover your postage costs and reimburse you via an instant bank transfer.
If you would like to make a return to us, please get in touch using the Returns Form opposite.
In the from please type your ORDER NUMBER and a brief description of why you would like to return the item.
