Corners slightly bumped but square, slight wear to top and bottom of spine. Pages uniformly age toned but supple and discolouration along fore-edge of front and rear boards. With the four page catalogue at back, and with the correct number of titles listed in the ads for both Phillpotts and Zangwill. Hinges starting but binding sound.
