First edition, first printing. Published by Cassell in London, 2001. This is a near fine copy. The dust wrapper is slightly bumped at the corners and has few small chips to the top edge. It has not been price clipped. The boards are free from chips and marks and the text-blocks are bright throughout. Moss’s signature is to the front panel and also to the front flap (both a little smudged – explained later!). Accompanied by a hand-written post-it note from Moss stating, ‘No pen would write too well. Sorry. A book boards (?) might be better? SM’.
