A first edition, first printing of Paddington at the Circus by Michael Bond, published by Collins in 1973. A very good book with internals free from inscriptions, the paper-covered boards, with illustrations by Fred Banbery, are mostly bright and clean with some fading to the spine and very minor pushing to the head and foot of the spine, with minor pushing to the corners of the front board, the text blocks are mostly clean throughout.

Paddington at the Circus by Michael Bond follows Paddington Bear as he embarks on a delightful adventure to the circus. With his usual charm and curiosity, Paddington finds himself in the midst of circus excitement, encountering acrobats, clowns and daring acts. As always, his good intentions lead to amusing mishaps, but his kind heart ultimately prevails. Bond’s story captures the joy of discovery and the warmth of friendship, making it a beloved addition to the Paddington series.
