Some fading and a little wear to the gilt titling to the spine and some marking and small ‘Paramount Library’ stamps to the endpapers and pastedowns. BALTHAZAR Published by: Faber and Faber in 1958. Bound in blue boards with gilt/gold lettering to the spine. Tightly bound without inscriptions. A very good book a little browned to the spine. MOUNTOLIVE Published by: Faber and Faber in 1958. Bound in yellow boards with gilt/gold lettering to the spine. Tightly bound with one neat name to the foot of the front endpaper. A very good book. CLEA Published by: Faber and Faber in 1960. Bound in orange boards with gilt/gold lettering to the spine. Tightly bound with only one name to the ffep. A near fine book with spotting to the top edge. A rare unjacketed set of all four first editions in the Alexandria Quartet and the author’s masterpiece which present very well indeed.
