A first edition, first printing, published by Collins in 1951. A very good book with internals free from inscriptions, slight browning to the the text block, with very slight bumping to the head and foot of the spine. In a very good unclipped dust wrapper with some chips to knuckles of front and rear top panel folds, chips to the head of the spine with small tear, some slight internal browning and ghosting. The dust wrapper executed beautifully by John Minton.

River of the Sun is an epic adventure tale set in the rugged Andes Mountains of South America. The novel follows the perilous journey of a group of Incan descendants who embark on a quest to reclaim their ancestral homeland. As they navigate treacherous landscapes and face formidable challenges, they confront their fears, forge bonds of friendship and discover the resilience of the human spirit. Ullman’s gripping narrative immerses readers in a world of adventure, courage and discovery.
