Raging Bull was released in 1980 in the United States (premiering November 14, 1980).

Directed by Martin Scorsese and starring Robert De Niro, the film tells the story of boxer Jake LaMotta. It went on to win two Academy Awards and is widely regarded as one of the greatest films ever made.
