A near fine copy signed and dated in blue ink by a previous owner to the front free end paper, bumping to the head of the spine, bumping to top edge of front panel and front and rear upper corners, a single white spot stain to front panel, toning to the text block with light spotting and a small damp-stain to fore-edge, a former retailer’s label to the rear paste-down. In a near fine price clipped wrapper, with fading to the spine, some rubbing to extremities, chipping to the head of the spine and chipping to the knuckles of front and rear flap folds, some shelf-wear and toning to the rear panel. Wrapper design by Richard Chopping. In a custom made solander box.
