Dick Francis – NERVE – First UK Edition 1964 – SIGNED
£750.00
First edition, first printing. Published by Michael Joseph in London, 1964. This is a very good (or better) copy. The dust wrapper, nicely illustrated by Trevor Denning, has some mild wear to the top and tail edges, most notably at the spine. The spine is sunned and there are handling marks at the rear panel. It has not been price clipped, showing the 16s net price. The authors signature is present on the front flyleaf in blue ink, inscribed to Diana Spicer, on ‘Leap Day 1964’. A fine inscription. The boards are free from notable wear and the text blocks are markedly clean. Overall, this is a very good (or better) copy of a fine signed title.
(We don't keep all of our stock in the shop, so send us an email if you're planning a trip to see a particular author or book.)
