Beautifully bound in half morocco and raised, tooled bands at the spine. The gilt titling is still strong. The marbled paper is bright and beautiful and is mirrored to the page edges. The text blocks are expectedly toned, with some spotting. This is a very good copy.

Originally published in serial form between 1855 and 1857. The story features Amy Dorrit, youngest child of her family, born and raised in the Marshalsea prison for debtors in London.
