Agatha Christie – Death In The Clouds – First Edition 1935
£975.00
A first edition, first printing of ‘Death in the Clouds’ published by Collins in 1935. A near fine book with spotting to the top edge. Binding is square and firm and there is some bumping to the corners and spine tips. Spine a touch browned. Some light marks to the cloth, but an excellent example.
Death in the Clouds by Agatha Christie is a classic Hercule Poirot mystery. The novel begins with a seemingly ordinary flight from Paris to London, but mid-air, a passenger—a French moneylender, Madame Giselle—is found dead. Initially thought to be a heart attack, Poirot soon discovers she was murdered with a poisoned dart, fired from a blowpipe. With a plane full of suspects, including aristocrats, a dentist, and a mysterious woman, Poirot meticulously unravels the crime.
