In a very good unclipped wrapper (showing the correct price of 12s 6d to the front flap) – with some very light edge wear and rubbing to the rear panel and one repaired closed tear to the front panel with a small chip to the head of the front panel. WITHOUT the Overseas Stamp to the rear flap. The first state has the price 12s 6d, is unclipped and lacks the Overseas Library Stamp to the rear flap. Excessively rare.
