Description
A first edition, first printing of William and the Witch by Richmal Crompton, published by Newnes in 1964. An near fine book in original publisher’s green cloth boards with gilt title to the front board and similarly with illustration to the spine, slight pushing to the head and foot of the spine and corners. In the very good clipped wrapper without fading to the spine, bumping to the upper edge of front and rear panel – a little wear to the spine and corners.
