First edition, first printing. Published by Dutton in New York, 1992. This is a near fine copy. The dust wrapper is bright and mostly clean throughout. It has not been price clipped. The boards, in quarter white cloth and grey paper, are free from notable chips and marks and the titling is bright. The text blocks are bright and white throughout.
