Brian Epstein – A Cellarful Of Noise – First UK Edition 1964
£175.00
A first edition, first printing published by Souvenir Press in 1964. A very good book with a little handling marking to the front endpaper. No inscriptions. In a good unclipped wrapper with an internal and external tape repair to the foot of the spine. Some chipping to the edges and spine tips. With 33 photographs and other illustrations. Epstein’s own account of his extraordinary life and, inevitably, the story of the Beatles. How he guided a group from Liverpool to shake the world of popular music, making them the biggest group in the world within two years of making their first record. He published this autobiography in 1964. He died of an overdose of sleeping pills in August 1967. Becoming scarce.
