A near fine copy with small single spot to front board, a bump to the top edge, some light shelf wear and bump to rear panel with bumping to lower corner and fore-edge, with associated film DVD to front paste-down and music DVD to rear paste-down with supplementary music catalogue.
Mugaritz B.S.O. is a book-and-sound project by Andoni Luis Aduriz and musician Felipe Ugarte, published by Ixo Producciones. Linked to the Mugaritz restaurant near San Sebasti√°n, it translates culinary formulas, sensations and stories into music. The related documentary, directed by Ugarte and Juantxo Sardon, explores the same gastronomic-musical experiment. With recipes, compositions and poetic contributions, it presents cooking as a sensory score, where flavour becomes rhythm, atmosphere and emotion.
