The text blocks are bright and clean and the internals crisp; this copy is free from previous owners ink. Comes with a publisher’s postcard signed by five of the employees
The title character retells adventures ranging from shrimp boating and ping pong championships, to thinking about his childhood love, as he bumbles his way through American history, with everything from the Vietnam War to college football becoming part of the story. Adapted into the 1994 film starring Tom Hanks as the title character.
