Spotting to the text block, paste downs and front/rear free end papers, however, clean internally. Some rubbing to the red cloth binding at the head and base of the spine, and corners. Gilt embossed elephant motif centre front and gilt lettering to spine are both bright. 10 monotone full-page illustrations including tissue guarded frontispiece.
Kim is regarded as one of Kipling’s finest works.
