A first edition, first printing published by The Architectural Press in London in 1946. A near fine book without inscriptions, with a little spotting to the endpapers and edges. In a very good unclipped wrapper with just a little light soiling to the rear panel and some light chipping to the head of the spine. A lovely copy including 8 lithographs by John Piper.
