A first edition, first printing of the Corgi paperback. With a first edition of W H Auden’s ‘Collected Shorter Poems’ 1930-1944. The book includes the poem, XXX on page 258. The poem, known as ‘Stop The Clocks’ was used during the funeral in the film.
A nice pairing and a must for any rom com lover. The film’s budget was £2.8 million and eventually went on to make £180 million, making stars of Hugh Grant, Kristen Scott Thomas and Rowan Atkinson.
