In His Own Write is a near fine copy, issued without the dust wrapper, the pictorial paper-covered boards have slightly rubbed edges to the spine and are worn at the corners and spine tips, the text blocks are bright and clean throughout. Overall, this is a near fine copy. A Spaniard in the Works is similarly a near fine copy issued without the dust wrapper, with some slight chipping to the head of the spine and pushing to the base, with text blocks clean throughout and in general good condition.
