A pair of first edition, first printings published by Arrowsmith between 1889 to 1891. Three Men in a Boat – the true first issue with ‘Quay Street’ to the title page. A very good copy with some handling marks, wear and tear to the edges – spine titles very bright. With the follow up by Jerome ‘Three Men on the Bummel’ which is in very good condition with a neat inscription to front endpaper. Some wear and tear and repair to the front gutter. A very nice set, offered rarely together.
