Description
A first edition, first printing published by Cape in 1956. In the rare first issue dust wrapper. A very good book without inscriptions or stamps. Some fairly heavy spotting to the page edges and prelims. In a very good wrapper which is not price clipped. Some wear and nicks to the base of spine and front panel edges of the wrapper. A very rare children’s novel indeed.
