Ian Fleming – Thunderball – a FINE Copy – First Edition – 1961

A first edition, first printing of Thunderball by Ian Fleming, published by Jonathan Cape, London in 1961. A fine book free from internal inscriptions, with a little spotting here and there to the text block. In a fine unclipped wrapper with wear to the knuckles of front and rear flap folds, with none of the usual heavy toning to the spine – a superb example. Wrapper design by Richard Chopping.
