A first edition, first printing published by Hodder and Stoughton in 1943. A very good book with a touch of spotting to the boards. Gift inscription on ffep. In the very good unclipped wrapper with a small chip to the head of the spine and a little to the corners. Wear to the edges, but a bright example.
