First edition, first printing. Published by Headline in London, 2013. This is a very good copy. The dust wrapper is bright, clean and with only slight wear to the top of the spine. It has not been price clipped – small closed tear to the bottom of the rear panel. The boards are free from chips and marks and the text blocks are bright and white. Large gift inscription to the front endpaper. Overall, this is a very good copy of a nice title.
