A first edition, first printing published by Weidenfeld and Nicolson in 1954. A very good book with staining to the page edges – small owner’s stamp to the top of the rear of the front endpaper. Spotting to the page edges. In a very good clipped with stain to the front panel and some browning to the spine. A little edgewear and stain to the rear panel.
