A first edition, first printing published by Collins in 1939. A very good book with one name (the brilliantly named ‘Peggy Packman’) to the head of the front endpaper. Some light creasing and fading to the spine, some wear to the corners. Browning and a little nicking to the spine tips and corners. The FIRST ISSUE with the date of 1937 present to the copyright page.

“Murder in the Mews” is a classic mystery by Agatha Christie, featuring Hercule Poirot. The story centres on a seemingly straightforward case of suicide that Poirot suspects is murder. Set in a quaint mews house, the investigation unfolds as Poirot meticulously examines clues and interrogates suspects, uncovering hidden motives and secrets. With Christie’s signature twists and turns, the novella keeps readers guessing until the shocking reveal of the true culprit. “Murder in the Mews” exemplifies Christie’s mastery of suspense and intricate plotting, delivering a satisfying mystery within a concise narrative.
