A first edition, first printing of ‘The Rachel Papers’, published by Cape in 1973 (with no mention of subsequent printings). A near fine book, with no inscriptions – top stain faded. In a very good unclipped wrapper which has the usual fading to the spine – small patches of rubbing to the spine tips and corners. A very nice copy of the author’s first book.
